| Town of Prosper Preferred League Resolution |
| The purpose of this system is to allow automated reservation of the town's baseball & softball fields. In order to
reserve a field, you must have a profile setup and approved. This profile will consist on the coaches information, as well as all
players names, addresses and schools. |

| If your team consists of 80% PISD players, the charge will be $5 per player for each additional practice per week for
the entire season. Otherwise, an hourly rate will be imposed. This will be verified upon submission of your coach and team profile. |

| The following shows the fields that are currently available for reservation and the current field status.
Fields that are 'Closed' are currently unavailable due to weather or maintenance, however, they can still be reserved for a future date. |
